1. License Grant

Upon purchase of any digital template or tool from Pro Coding Tools, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, commercial license to use, customize, and deploy the source code across unlimited commercial and personal projects.

2. Prohibited Usage

You may not sub-license, resell, distribute, or make available the raw source files or template bundles as competing commercial products or theme marketplace listings.

3. Intellectual Property

Pro Coding Tools retains full intellectual property rights to the core codebase, design systems, and brand assets.
